La Pergola is getting to serious matters!
Last March, we met with Chef Gérard, who has been in charge of the La Pergola since August 2018. Entirely in position with his teams, he has now moved on to serious matters, presenting us his new à la carte menu, unveiled just a month ago.
To pamper even more its faithful customers, the restaurant now offers its Chef’s suggestions. Different each week, they showcase original products and reveal the know-how of a creative Chef: Parsnip purees, Bamboo shoots, Vegetable’s tians, pink Berry juice, Cumin sauces, etc. And the greatest appetites will be able to give in to “le coin du Maquignon” (the corner of the Horse Trader), our renewed selection of hearty and tasty meats.
As for the flagship dishes whose menu of the La Pergola could not be separated, they were carefully reinvented, both aesthetically and tastefully, while presenting an unchanged price!
